Terms and conditions:
1. In order for the purchaser and/or holder (hereinafter referred to as you “You” or “Your”) to receive a sticker that will validate you have purchased a ticket to Artsfest on Historic Walnut Street, you must present a valid QR code to check-in at marked ticketing locations during the event.
2. All purchased tickets (not children's tickets) will be given a sticker that will be your admission into the event.
3. You unconditionally understand that all ticket sales are final. There will be no ticket refunds and/or ticket exchanges. Artsfest on Historic Walnut Street is a rain or shine event.
4. Your Ticket is not redeemable for cash. There will be no replacements for Tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged and You unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of and/or theft of Your Ticket. Your Ticket is intended for You only. In no instance shall You share Your Ticket with any person(s) attending or attempting to attend the Event. If You are discovered to be sharing Your Ticket with another person(s), Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to grant You access to the Event or eject You from the Event.
5. The purchased ticket is eligible to use only on Saturday, May 4, 2024 or Sunday, May 5, 2024.
6. The Springfield Regional Arts Council (SRAC) is a 501-C3 nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible.
7. Official Artsfest T-shirts and other Event souvenirs that are purchased in advance with your ticket will be eligible for pick-up at Artsfest at Historic Walnut Street at the SRAC/Volunteer Booth. If you are unable to pick-up your purchased merchandise during the event, you will have one week after the event to pick up the pre-ordered merchandise from the SRAC office.
8. When you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, reproduction, or any use for advertising.
9. Subject to the limitations of this Agreement, the SRAC reserves the right to change, modify, or alter any aspect of the Event (including, without limitation, the appearance of any performer or artist, and/or the order of performance of any performer or artist), at any time, for any reason whatsoever, without any prior notice or compensation.
10. For safety reasons, the SRAC reserves the right to, without any prior notice or compensation to You: postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event; provisionally keep visitors on the Event site at the end of the Event; totally or partially vacate the Event site; and deny access to the Event site regardless of the possession of a valid Ticket.
11. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incident to Artsfest on Historic Walnut Street, including the risk of personal injury (including death), exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses, or the causes thereof, or lost, stolen or damaged property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event, however caused, and hereby waives all claims and potential claims relating to such risks, hazards and dangers.
